Maintenance Supervisor

Mountainside Villas - located within Massanutten Resort is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to assist in the performance of duties necessary to maintain the physical structure of the property in good repair for Mountainside owners and guests. As well as to train, lead, and oversee maintenance technicians in the department while working closely with the Maintenance Director.

Job Requirements

  • Must have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair

  • Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience

  • Organization and high attention to detail

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoots and overhauls major equipment on the property

  • Assists in maintenance of departmental tools, workspaces & equipment

  • Assists in the implementation of on-going maintenance programs

  • Works as the Manager on Duty Program when scheduled
