Maintenance Technician FT

Mountainside Villas - located within Massanutten Resort is seeking a maintenance technician to assist in the performance of duties necessary to maintain the physical structure of the property in good repair for Mountainside owners and guests.

Job Requirements

  • Minor plumbing and electrical work experience (preferred) - we will train the right candidate

  • Organization and high attention to detail

  • Task-driven individual

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Responsibilities

  • General repairs, including: painting, repairs of walls, furniture, windows, doors, locks and keys

  • Minor electrical and mechanical repairs

  • Rough carpentry work

  • Routine plumbing repairs

  • Assists in maintaining department tools, workspaces and equipment
