Front Desk Manager

Mountainside Villas - located within Massanutten Resort is seeking a qualified Front Desk Manager to oversee all facets of the Front Desk department to ensure high levels of guest service and satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree in Hotel Management or Business (preferred)

  • Supervisory Experience (required)

  • High school diploma (required)

  • Task-driven individual

  • Detail oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Organizes Front Desk schedule

  • Directs Front Desk operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of customer service

  • Oversees inventory for Front Desk supplies

  • Develops and implements techniques to improve Front Desk operation

  • Maintains effective communication through staff meetings, log books, and bulletin boards
