CHECK OUT PROCEDURES
Check out time for all villas is 10:00 a.m. and is strictly enforced.
Failure to vacate your unit by 10:00am will result in a charge of $50.00 per hour passed 10:00am.
Important: If you are checking out early and have guests returning for the remainder of your stay please notify the front desk immediately. If someone returns and we are not notified ahead of time then there is a fee of $95.00.
We hope you enjoyed your stay. We greatly appreciate your assistance with the following:
Place all used sheets, blankets, and towels downstairs in the foyer by the front door.
Empty the refrigerator.
Take all trash to the appropriate receptacles outside.
Return any moved furniture to the original location.
Load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle.
Set the thermostat to AUTO: In the summer, COOL 78, and in the winter, HEAT 65.
Check for any items you may have forgotten.
Turn off all the lights in the unit.
Return any checked out keys to the Front Desk. MVOA has and after-hours drop box located in the breezeway of the Welcome Center.
Your cooperation is needed to cut housekeeping costs and maintain current yearly maintenance fees. If the unit is left in an unsatisfactory condition, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. In addition, you are liable for the expense on any maintenance repair and/or replacement rendered necessary on any damaged or broken items.
