Welcome to Mountainside Villas of Massanutten Resort. We are looking forward to helping you enjoy your best vacation ever! You will find there are a lot of fun things to do here – and plenty of opportunity to relax, whichever you choose.

To make your stay more enjoyable, we have put together this directory containing helpful information about our resort and the surrounding area. For relaxing, our pool areas provide plenty of space to take a nap in the sun or in the shade of a tree. And our indoor pools and water park provide you with water activities, even on the coldest days of winter! The many craft classes on the mountain should help you tackle your creative side.

Welcome Center/Front Office Hours

• Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Maintenance Department

• Monday through Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Housekeeping Department

• Monday through Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

After-hours, a Manager on Duty at Mountainside Villas is assigned to take care of only urgent situations needing immediate attention. Any after-hours requests should be directed to the Woodstone Front Desk (which is open 24 hours a day – 7 days a week) by dialing 9+540-289-9441 from your unit. The front desk staff may then contact the Mountainside Manager on Duty who will contact you directly in your unit.
